Taking Delivery of the Car You Have Booked :
In order to take delivery of the vehicle you have booked, you must have the following documents at the time of delivery of the vehicle and have them with you at the time of delivery, present them when requested.
1 -) A Driver's License issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey for Turkish citizens
2-) A credit card issued on behalf of the lessor (a double credit card is required in some vehicle groups)
3-) An invoice that documents your address of residence, registered in your name (telecom, water, electricity, etc.)
4-) From Turkish or foreign citizens living abroad, the original and stamp of the passport indicating that they have just entered Turkey are checked at the time of delivery, as well as the valid driver's license
BRSCAR branches use the electronic commerce V-POS infrastructure of the relevant banks,whose security is confirmed by contracted banks, supported by 3-D secure payment. Therefore, it is mandatory that your credit card, which you will use during the rental, is open for Internet purchases.
Car delivery is not made to people who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions and do not have their driver's license and credit cards with them at the time of delivery of the car, even though they have reservations. In such a case, the cancellation and refund conditions apply exactly the same. No refunds will not be made.
You must deliver the vehicle at the fuel level that you are delivering.
If you return it with missing Fuel, the cost of fuel and the cost of service will be charged.
In case of excess fuel, no refund will be made.
Return to Different Branches :
It is possible to return your car to a different branch from the branch where you rented it. In this case, a one-way fee is charged.
Exit Abroad :
Insurance of our vehicles is not valid abroad. You can contact our branches to get the necessary permits and guarantees.
Rental Period :
Our vehicles are charged at least 24 hours a day and 30 days a month.
Extension of time :
If you request to use the car for a period longer than the date specified in the contract, you must extend the rental period by contacting our branches.
If the vehicle is brought in late without extending the period, the delay fees are charged at a rate of 100%.
Shortening The Time :
If you request to return the car earlier than the date specified in the contract, you must shorten the rental period by contacting our branches.
In order to shorten the period, reservations are cancelled and deductions are made in accordance with the change rules.
No Show :
Your car is 60 min from the delivery time specified in your reservation. it is kept ready in our branches throughout the year.
If the vehicle is not delivered within the specified time, the vehicle will not be guaranteed.
In order not to lose your car warranty in case of possible delay, you can make your payment by contacting our branches.
Your reservation in the No Show situation is canceled without refund at the end of 4 hours, even if the payment has been made.

Important notice !
In order for your insurance to be valid in case of any damage, you must notify the traffic police or traffic gendarmerie teams before moving your car from the accident scene and get an accident report and an alcohol report.
Only in road accidents involving more than one vehicle resulting in material damage, the “accident report for material damage” can be issued if the persons involved in the accident agree with the way the accident occurred.
In case of theft of the vehicle, a theft detection report should be obtained by contacting the police. The key to the car must be delivered to us along with the received report.
Age and conditions of the driver's license year :
Minimum age and driver's license year information related to vehicle groups is shown on the car booking page.
It is the user's responsibility to check that these conditions have been met.
Vehicle usage mileage limits :
Daily and monthly rental mileage limits depending on vehicle groups are shown on the car booking page.
If you use more than the specified kilometers, the current mileage charge is charged.
For daily rentals, the maximum per deal, monthly

Deposit Fee :
Apart from the car rental fee, the deposit amounts determined according to the vehicle groups are collected from your credit card during the rental.
Depending on your Findeks score and your financial situation at the date of the report, collateral amounts may be applied differently at the time of vehicle delivery.
If the vehicle is delivered completely and undamaged, this guarantee will be fully refunded to your card no later than 7 days.
In order to rent a car, you must be able to present a credit card registered in your name during the rental. It is not possible to use the car rental service with a credit card that is not on behalf of the lessor.
During the rental, a Findeks query is made about the lessor. A rental service can be offered in accordance with the limited financial score of the lessor within the framework determined by Findeks. If it is not possible to check the Findeks score or the score is not enough to rent the desired car, it is not possible to rent a car.
In cases where the Findeks inquiry is not allowed and/or allowed, the booking fee will not be refunded due to cancellation.

Early Booking campaigns: In early booking campaigns, only the start date and time of the rental can be shortened to the end date of the rental. No refunds cannot be made.
Prepaid reservations: For your prepaid reservations, you can make a vehicle group change in addition to the changes you can make to the early booking campaigns. Some changes may cause price differences.
Make your reservation at the beginning of the rental

If you have made paid reservations, the rental fee will be refunded to your credit card after 1 month from the date of cancellation for security reasons.
In case of prepaid booking despite not meeting the conditions specified in these rental terms, including age, driver's license, credit card and so on, the above-mentioned cancellation refund periods and conditions will apply in the same way. If such a situation is detected at the time of delivery, it is considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be made.
